Returns and Exchanges Policy

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form which is located in the orders page while viewing the specific order that contains the item to be returned.
3Attach a copy of the invoice or receipt that you received with the order.
4Send the parcel to this address:
Yuboto LTD, Katsantoni & Olympias 2, Metamorfosi, T.K. 14452, Athens, Greece
5After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to eshop-returns@yuboto-telephony.gr

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

To return products, customers must submit a copy of the proof of purchase and complete the return request form.

a) Order return

Customers have the right to return purchased products without specifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of these products. In this case the items can be returned in their original packaging which must not have been opened and the products must not have been used.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and request a refund. In this case the Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must not have been opened

b) Defective products

Customers have the right to notify the Company of any defects in the devices they received by sending an email to eshop-returns@yuboto-telephony.gr or by phone at 2111144111. The Company will then inform them of the process of returning or sending to the respective service. In any case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Instructions for creating a product return request

In case you want to create a new product or whole order return request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in with your account and select the Orders menu
  2. Select the order that contains the product to change
  3. On the top right you will see the relevant "Return Request" link



  4. By pressing the option you will see your order and on the right you can state the reason you want to return the product by choosing one of the following reasons:

    • Damaged on arrival
    • Ordered wrong product
    • Incorrect item description
    • It doesn't turn on
    • Manufacturer defect
    • Received wrong product
    • Out of warranty
    • Destruction in shipment
    • Other


    In your request you can also state whether you want a replacement of the product or a refund as shown below



  5. Finally press Submit request to complete the process
