I. GENERAL TERMS OF USE ESHOP YUBOTO-TELEPHONY GR


  1. The Limited Liability Company with the name "Yumboto Telecommunications and Internet Company" and the distinctive title "YUMBOTO EPE", which is based in Metamorfosi Attica at 2 Katsantoni and Olympia Streets (VAT number 998810496 D.O.Y. of Nea Ionia and GEMI registration number………….), has created the website https://eshop.yuboto-telephony.gr.

    The website https://eshop.yuboto-telephony... is an online store for the display and sale of telephony devices through VoIP technology. The use of the online store and the making of purchases are governed by the following terms and conditions. Every user who visits our online store (hereinafter referred to as "user", "customer", "visitor", depending on the actions in the store), is considered to have consented to these terms.   2. Purchase of Products
    The order of the products is submitted by completing and sending a special order form that the online store has. Before proceeding with the purchase of the products you will be given the opportunity to check all the information you have filled in, such as name, shipping and billing address. You will also be able to see all the main features of the products you have purchased, their final price including VAT and make the changes you wish. Also the means of delivery payment and the deadline within which we undertake their delivery. The order is not binding until confirmation of its acceptance by us. The final prices of each product in the online store do not include shipping costs, which are calculated after ordering based on the shipping method selected

    You can ask us if you wish to issue an invoice for your purchase instead of a retail receipt.

  3. Product Prices
    The price of each product will be that set out at all times on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always take steps to ensure that the prices on our website are always accurate, however an error may occur.
    If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the corrected correct price or cancel it if you wish. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be canceled and we will refund the exact amount you have paid.
    We are under no obligation to supply you with any product at an incorrect lower price (even if we have sent an order acceptance and dispatch confirmation) where the error in price is obvious and undisputed and can reasonably be recognized by you as an incorrect price. The prices on our website include VAT but do not include shipping and cash on delivery costs, which are calculated separately, depending on the value and method of shipping/collection of your orders.

  4. Cancellation of Order
    You can cancel your order (via e-mail or phone) at any time up to and before it is shipped.

  5. Return of Products
    The return of the products must be made within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and without opening the packaging, accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. In this case you will not incur any costs, except for the costs of returning the product to us. If the return of the products is due to our fault, either because the product is defective or because it is different from what you ordered, you will be refunded and our company will bear the cost of the return. However, it is your responsibility to inform YUBOTO LTD immediately.
    You will be refunded within 10 working days of returning the products to our company or canceling your order.

  6. In the event of YOUBOTO LTD's liability for a real defect or for a lack of the agreed quality of the product, the Customer is entitled at his option: a) to demand, at no cost to him, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, b) to request a price reduction or c) to withdraw from the sales contract, unless it is an immaterial factual defect. To be considered a property the contracted, must have been agreed in writing. If the Customer chooses to correct or replace the YOUBOTO LTD product, he must correct or replace it within a reasonable time. The above statutory rights (AK 540) of the customer expire after two years. In any case where the customer finds a defect, he can contact the online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day at (+30) 211 1144111 or at eshop@yuboto-telephony.gr. If a product is declared defective by the Customer, YOUBOTO EPE reserves the right to diagnose the product as defective by competent technicians.

  7. Contracts through the online store are governed by European and Greek Law, (matters related to electronic commerce, distance sales and consumer protection). If the visitor/user chooses to access the site from another country, he/she is responsible for following the Laws of that country. Any dispute that arises and which stems from the contractual relationship between YOUBOTO EPE and the customer, is competent for its resolution by the competent Courts of Athens. For the out-of-court resolution of the dispute, the customer can refer to the competent bodies for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, e.g. to the General Consumer Secretariat of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (Pl. Kaningos, 10181, Athens, www.efpolis.gr, tel.: 1520, fax: 2103843549), to the Consumer Advocate (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, 144 Alexandras Street, 114 71, Athens, tel.: 2106460734, fax: 2106460414), to the Committees for Friendly Settlement of consumer disputes (article 11 of Law 2251/1994) which are based in the local Municipalities of the country. According to the Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into the Greek legislation with the KYA 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution process is now foreseen throughout the European Union.   8. Access-Modifications
    YOUBOTO LTD reserves the right to unilaterally modify or change the content of the website at any time without prior notification to users. Visitors/users are responsible for periodically checking for changes to these terms of use. Any modification or change does not apply and does not affect orders already placed for execution. By logging in, you declare that you are an adult and have legal capacity, and you undertake that you will not allow the use of your information and your login codes by minors or persons lacking legal capacity. If your details and passwords are used in this way, you are responsible. For this reason please observe the basic rules of internet transaction security.

  9. ACCESS CODES
    In order to access certain services of the website, YOUBOTO EPE may request user information in order to grant a relevant Access Code. The above data must always be true, accurate, valid and complete. Users are responsible for all operations carried out with the Access Code and are required to immediately notify YOUBOTO EPE of any unauthorized use thereof and of any (even possible) security breach. These data are not disclosed by YOUBOTO EPE to third parties. YOUBOTO EPE is not responsible for any damage or loss that may arise from the arbitrary or illegal use of the Access Code by third parties, due to its leakage or for any other reason and reserves the right to request the payment of compensation from the user, in case he suffers any kind of damage from the arbitrary or illegal use of the Access Code.
